WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
here are some of the practices we use/structures we have in place to strive for collective care and mutual accountability:
1.
at every meeting, we set consent guidelines and receive verbal consent from each participant for contact
2.
we have a reporting form available for community members to fill out if they choose to. anonymity is available as is external review.
3.
all of our shows/performances are free and events/workshops are open to all
4.
choreographers who do site-specific work are required to acknowledge the land where their work is cited during performances and process
5.
our social media and web content (including virtual events) are optimized for accessibility through formatting, font choices, visual descriptions, alt text, and captioning when needed
